Marc Dressler

Marc Dressler, the General Manager of the Estate is originally from Australia, and has spent the past 18 years in the hospitality industry, working in Australia, China, Indonesia, Africa and now Moscow. With five openings to his credit, Marc will be able to offer Members and residents of Agalarov Estate a complete personal approach to maintaining standards truly to an International level. Although still new in mastering the language skills, Marc and his family are settling in well into Russian life.

Brad Hines

Brad Hines, our resident Golf Course Superintendent comes from the United States and has over 25 years of golf course experience. Brad has worked at some of the famous US golf courses including “Pebble Beach Links” during the 1992 US Open, as well as 7 other PGA tour events. Brad´s tireless focus on attention to detail have earned him the ranks of one of the best in the industry and he will now extend that philosophy to the Agalarov Estate to ensure a superb playing surface second to none.

Svetlana Gounkina

Svetlana Gounkina has been appointed as Membership and Sales Director at Agalarov Estates; Moscow´s first fully integrated private golf community. Svetlana joins the Troon Golf team with a proven pedigree in golf course marketing and operations. Svetlana is fluent in both Russian and English and is a valued asset in establishing operations and sales in one of Troon Golf´s newest markets. Svetlana studied in the USA and got a degree in Hospitality Administration with specialization in Golf Management. She has worked in the United States, in Astana, KZ and recently at a private golf club near Moscow prior to joining Agalarov Estate.
